The flat is now available for letting pretty well immediately.
It is a first floor maisonette, in a convenient location, as estate agents say, near to Twickenham station (30 mins to Waterloo by railway train).
The property was built in the 1920s, a time when people were expected not to be midgets, which means decent room sizes.
- 2 double bedrooms
- 1 large living room with an additional annexe which could be used as a study
- Kitchen
- Recently refitted bathroom with a shower
- Hallway
There is a decent sized garden with a substantial garage at the end, and off street parking for a car in addition to that, accessed from the road at the rear. There is a small front garden.
The flat is not furnished, although the kitchen white goods are included.

There is a link to a video below, which shows the garden and garage.
Terms of letting
The last tenants were in residence for around 6 years, until sadly they relocated out of the realm, and we are keen to have tenants who will stay for a decent period, and will look after the property. We will fix the rent for the period of the agreed tenancy (up to three years or the time of any break clause, if you require this)
- The asking rent is £1,375 per calendar month exclusive.
- We will expect good references, including an employment reference and a reference from your last tenancy.
- Deposit of one month's rent to be held under the tenancy deposit scheme.
- There are no document fees, commissions or stuff with agents.
Pets and smoking
A small dog or cat is fine, so long as you don't let it disturb the family downstairs, who have a baby. The last tenants had an enchanting cat.
Smoking. We're not keen on this.
Letting Agents
And just in case you are an agent thinking: "I wonder if they need help letting this property", guess what, you can stop wondering right now. We'd rather be boiled in oil.
